Job summary

GIA Legacy Planning is recruiting self-motivated individuals for an independent contractor role in life insurance distribution. Work remotely across the US, build your own book of business, and earn commissions based on policy production.

You control your schedule—mornings, evenings, and weekends—and receive mentorship from active agents, with an ownership model and potential overrides as you grow your team. Prior insurance experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor opportunity with 1099 status.
• Earnings depend on performance and activity level.
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
