Qualifications

• CFP designation or actively pursuing the designation.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 in financial planning.
• Obsessed with delivering exceptional client service.
• Loves checklists, workflows, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial planning workflow from meeting preparation through implementation and ongoing client follow-up.
• Prepare meeting materials and handle meeting follow-up; manage client correspondence.
• Follow up with, and assist clients with action items.
• Assist clients with budgeting in Monarch Money.
• Continuously develop technical expertise and client communication skills through education.
• Help evolve the client service model into scalable, repeatable deliverables and workflows.
