Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Virtual Design & Construction Intern to assist with digital delivery of construction projects and help develop the digital project management strategy to support collaboration across activities, pursuits, and projects.
Eligibility requires enrollment in related degree programs with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The internship is full-time in the Norfolk, VA area, with potential 5% travel and 401(k) eligibility and sick-leave accrual.
The Virtual Design & Construction Intern assists with digital delivery of construction projects. This position will assist the project team and manager(s) in developing the digital project management strategy to further Burns & McDonnell's position and facilitate collaboration with activities, pursuits, and projects.

Aviation & Federal
The Aviation & Federal group is responsible for program management, master planning, facility design commissioning, and operational systems design of commercial aviation and Federal & Military projects, including buildings, infrastructure, hangars, passenger terminals, fueling & ramp services, runways, and aviation support facilities.
