Job summary

Power Plumbing in Hockley, TX is seeking a skilled VDC Operator to join our team. You will create and maintain 3D plumbing models in Revit, support BIM/VDC coordination, and produce shop drawings for multifamily residential projects.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with designers, project managers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is required.
• 2 years of experience in BIM/VDC modeling and coordination, preferably on plumbing or MEP projects.
• Ability to produce accurate shop drawings under supervision.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings and identifying coordination issues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple projects concurrently.
• Basic understanding of plumbing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical certification, or relevant field experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

VDC Operator

Location: Hockley, TX (outside of Houston)

Status: Full Time / ON-SITE

This is NOT a Hybrid position.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
