Qualifications

• Experience coaching dancers at high levels or competitions.
• Ability to assess technique and provide actionable feedback.
• Ability to design progressive training plans and performance prep.

Responsibilities

• Teach technique training, choreography, flexibility and conditioning.
• Prepare dancers for auditions, performances, and competitions.
• Guide dancers in audition prep and performance strategy; help develop stage presence.
