What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, your purpose is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. This includes questions about orders, products, payments, and website guidance. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

What are your hours?

This role requires working variable hours to match customer needs, including overnight, day, and late shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Shifts are scheduled within operating hours of 6 am to 11 pm, Sunday to Saturday. You may be required to work on national holidays. Your exact schedule will be communicated closer to your start date.

  • Availability to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday between 6 am and 11 pm
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, and weekends
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a desk and chair
  • Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download and 20MB upload via Ethernet (no Wi-Fi)
