Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our virtual ABA team serving Washington State. This remote role offers flexible hours and 1:1 telehealth ABA therapy from home, with supervision and certification support available.

You will help children gain independence and meaningful skills through high-quality ABA services, on a schedule that adapts to client availability.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ABA therapy and data collection.
• Telehealth delivery experience is required.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one virtual ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

• Record session data and complete documentation within 24 hours.

This position provides 1:1 virtual ABA therapy to clients throughout Washington State.

We're actively growing our virtual team and are hiring Certified Behavior Technicians to provide telehealth ABA services to clients across Washington.

• Location: Remote (Washington State)
• Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one virtual Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs in a telehealth setting
• Engage clients using evidence-based ABA strategies in an interactive virtual environment
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive virtual learning environment for every client
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You’ll Need

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
• Applicants without an active CBT certification will not be considered. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable high-speed internet connectionA quiet, professional workspace suitable for telehealth sessions
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Comfort engaging children through virtual platforms

Preferred

• Two or more years of experience working with children
