Job summary

Ardent Corporate is seeking a full-time day shift Virtual Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our remote care team. This role provides professional nursing care and clinical support for assigned patients via virtual platforms, including assessments, care coordination, education, documentation, and continuous monitoring using EMR systems.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license (compact acceptable), BLS certification within 14 days of hire, and at least three years of inpatient

Qualifications

  • Current RN license or license deemed acceptable by the State Board; compact license.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in medical/surgical inpatient nursing.

Responsibilities

  • Provides professional nursing care and clinical support for assigned patients through virtual and remote care platforms.
  • Performs patient assessments, care coordination, patient education, clinical documentation, and ongoing monitoring while using EMR and other systems.
  • Establishes collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality outcomes and patient safety.
  • Adheres to organizational policies, nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and privacy guidelines to ensure safe, patient-centered care in a virtual environment.
