Job summary

Golden Care Therapy VA in Virginia Beach seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and lead the delivery of ABA therapy for children with Autism. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assess progress, and guide families in applying strategies across home and school settings.

This part-time, in-person role requires strong ABA knowledge, excellent communication, and collaborative teamwork with therapists and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Part-time schedule; hours discussed during interview.
• In-person role—must live in Virginia (Virginia Beach area).
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively.

• Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA Therapy services
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies
