Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a board-certified radiologist with breast imaging expertise to cover a busy 100% breast imaging practice. The role includes screening, diagnostic imaging, image-guided biopsies, SAVI placement, and breast MRI with MRI biopsies and DEXA as required.

The schedule is M-F 7 am - 5 pm with no call or weekends. Excellent compensation, paid malpractice, and pre-paid travel and housing are included, along with 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist with breast imaging expertise.
• Experience in screening and diagnostic breast imaging.
• Ability to perform image-guided biopsies and SAVI placements.
• Familiarity with BREAST MRI and MRI-guided biopsies and DEXA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and diagnostic breast imaging.
• Perform image-guided biopsies including SAVI placements.
• Carry out breast MRI and MRI biopsies as required.
• Utilize DEXA scanning as part of imaging workups.
• Maintain hospital privileges and malpractice coverage.
