Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Virginia Beach, VA. This opportunity offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and a chance to work in a skilled nursing facility.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, support mobility and independence, and collaborate with the care team. Active Virginia PT license or eligibility, BLS, and SNF experience required. Weekly pay, benefits, licensure reimbursement, and recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain).
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a SNF setting.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
