Job summary

VIPCARE in Florida is seeking a compassionate, board-certified physician for outpatient primary care in Ocala. You will deliver high-quality care to a diverse panel of patients, with a focus on value-based outcomes and teamwork.

The role offers a strong work/life balance, no nights or weekends, a comprehensive benefits package, CME support, and malpractice/license fee coverage, plus a performance-based compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license; willingness to obtain Florida license or have Area of Critical Need license in Florida
• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics training preferred
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to a panel of patients in a fully outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support care quality and patient outcomes

What We Look For:

• Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida

• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care
