Job summary

VIPcare is seeking a dedicated outpatient physician to join our growing team in Alabama. You will provide high-quality primary care in a 100% outpatient setting, supported by a collaborative leadership and operations team.

The ideal candidate has an unrestricted medical license, experience in family/internal/geriatric medicine, and a track record of delivering value-based care with a focus on patient outcomes. The role offers a stable schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an Area of Critical Need license in Alabama
• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care

What We Look For
