Job Summary

• Greets each guest in a friendly manner upon their arrival.
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines and as outlined in serv safe certification

May perform other duties as assigned.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Obtains the drink order from guest and presents the drink order to the Bartender
• Delivers drink to the guest in a timely and professional manner
• Returns to each assigned table periodically to see if guest desires additional service
• Responsible for removing dirty dishes, glasses, silverware and soiled paper goods and wipes table clean.Resets the table for the next arriving party.
