Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to deliver safe, top-tier air transportation with a concierge service mindset. The role commands full aircraft control, interfacing with Owners and passengers from pre-flight to post-flight.

The Pilot must maintain professionalism, safety, and flawless customer experience on every trip. Expected to wear multiple hats, including aviator and in-flight service provider, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and SOPs while delivering exceptional private travel experiences

Qualifications

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating as follows (IAW 61.160):

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, take-off and landing per FAA guidelines.
• Provide in-flight service and catering.
• Load and stow baggage on aircraft.
• Handle flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
• Act as the final authority on aircraft operation.
• Liaise with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination.
• Communicate maintenance abnormalities to MCC.
• Complete paperwork for maintenance discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
