Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a VIP Host for the Truliant Amphitheater in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on delivering premium hospitality experiences to executives and VIP guests within lounges and music areas.

You will recognize VIPs, provide guest information, coordinate with bar staff and servers, and ensure a seamless, polished guest experience throughout events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures and guest relations.
• Diplomacy, the ability to diffuse volatile situations with tact, and strong verbal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Give proper recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs to show appreciation for their patronage.
• Serve as a information resource for guests about lounge and seating areas.
• Assist guests with timing of supporting acts and headliners.
