Job summary

Riot Hospitality Group in Scottsdale seeks Model Servers for Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel. You will build repeat clientele, manage VIP reservations, and deliver exceptional hospitality with proactive guest service.

Responsibilities

Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships.
Book VIP reservations.
Execute VIP presentations.
Provide ongoing table maintenance.
Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and upsell when applicable.
Assist other associates as needed to meet guests’ needs.
