Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- TABC and Food Handling Certification provided and paid for by park.
- Prominent level of enthusiasm and involvement.
- Ability to actively communicate with large groups of guests.
- Be available to work flexible hours including weekends and most holidays.
- Able to communicate effectively, including reading, writing and speaking.
- Ability to operate a Point of Sale register.
Responsibilities
- VIP Tours: Lead guests on guided tours and coordinate meals, ride access, and meet-and-greets.
- VIP Lounge: Host guests and deliver an elevated experience.
- Mobility Rentals: Rent strollers, wheelchairs, and electronic vehicles; clean and explain procedures.
- Retail Sales: Operate a POS register or handheld device.
- Fast Lane: Assist guests with purchase and usage of Fast Lane.
- Keep Things Clean: Maintain a clean, safe retail space.
