Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking a senior VIP Relationship Manager to own a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering white-glove service and driving portfolio growth across trading, Earn, lending, OTC and referrals.

You will work in our London office four days a week, engaging clients via direct messaging and Telegram, collaborating with Sales, Product and Operations to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client advisory roles within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage or crypto.
• Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling complex financial or technology products to high-value clients.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence client behavior and drive revenue growth through trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth VIP clients with concierge-style service.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell across VIP product suite (Trading, OTC, Earn, Lending, referrals).
• Conduct structured discovery to understand goals, asset allocation and trading patterns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product & Operations to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Maintain CRM records, track engagement and revenue against targets.
• Create VIP engagement channels (Telegram) and support exclusive events and programs.
• Stay informed on crypto markets and competitive offerings to inform conversations.
