Bodega Taqueria Y Tequila seeks a VIP Server to deliver a high-energy, premium VIP experience. You will be the primary contact for VIP tables, ensuring anticipatory service and strong floor presence to elevate guest enjoyment.

Core duties include presenting bottle service with product knowledge, maintaining table setups, and proactively upselling to drive revenue while cultivating lasting guest relationships. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

1+ year of nightlife, hospitality, or VIP service preferred.
Strong sales abilities with upselling experience.
Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver a refined VIP experience at VIP tables with attentive service.
Present and upsell bottle service, manage table setups and orders.
Maintain floor presence, engage guests, and build relationships for repeat visits.
Support private events, large-format reservations, and venue activations.
Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and security to ensure seamless service.
