Job summary

The role includes cash handling and proficiency with the InfoGenesis POS system, while delivering timely beverage service and maintaining bar cleanliness.

Responsibilities include knowledge of drink classifications, brand names, garnishing, and glassware, along with supporting food service when required.

Qualifications

• Knows drink classes (well, call, premium, ultra) and brand names; can suggest substitutes.
• Able to pour drinks quickly; proficient with pours, jigger, and gun.
• Understands drink recipes, garnishing, and appropriate glassware.

Responsibilities

• Promote Graton Resort & Casino culture and Service Standards.
• Know beverage offerings and brand names; suggest alternatives when items are unavailable.
• Prepare and pour drinks promptly; adhere to pouring standards and equipment.
• Maintain clean, stocked bars and side stations; manage glassware and condiments.
• Verify par levels and communicate shortages to the manager on duty.
• Be approachable and anticipate guests' needs; provide timely food and beverage service.
