Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment operates venues worldwide and is seeking a food and beverage server with a passion for live music. You will provide attentive service, manage drink orders, and ensure safety and sanitation in a high-energy venue.
Responsibilities include assisting guests, handling payments, and maintaining a positive, inclusive atmosphere while upholding responsible alcohol service policies. Prior experience in live music settings is preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to work late hours and have a flexible schedule.
- Experience with cocktail tray service and basic food service.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and drink garnishes.
- Experience using point of sale systems in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 years' work experience interacting with people.
- Ability to handle intoxicated guests in a positive, safety-minded manner.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs.
- Suggestively sell beverages and menu items; take orders.
- Answer guest questions and make recommendations; up-sell liquors.
- Communicate drink orders to bar via POS system.
- Deliver drinks and navigate large crowds.
- Maintain venue safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow venue policies and SOPs; identify guests under 30 for ID checks.
