Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced bartender to join the Vinyl Room/House of Blues team. You will deliver impeccable service in a fast-paced, nightlife setting, welcome guests, handle bar orders, prepare beverages, and ensure responsible alcohol service.

The role requires upselling menu items, knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails, strong cash handling, and flexible hours including late nights. A professional appearance and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years bartending in a up-scale dining and nightlife establishment.
Ability to upsell and offer food and drink suggestions to guests.
Exemplary and professional grooming standards.
Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours and at nights.
Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome and acknowledge Vinyl Room members, Live Nation Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage.
Deliver beverages and prepare drinks according to standard recipes.
Suggest wines and menu items to guests to complement meals.
Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinances and venue policies.
Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor and cultivate regular guests.
