Job summary

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced violin instructor to teach part-time at Tampa Music School in Wesley Chapel, FL. In-person teaching, with afternoon lessons between 2pm and 9pm, is expected.

Candidates should have a music degree or equivalent performing experience, a love of teaching, and reliability. Pay is commensurate with experience, in the range of $25-30/hour, with health benefits and a 401(K) matching program after 30 days.

About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional violin instructor to teach part-time at Tampa Music School, our Wesley Chapel, FL location. We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON!

Lessons take place in the afternoon hours between 2pm and 9pm.

Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability.

Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, education, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $25-30/hour.
