Job summary

FASTSIGNS is hiring an experienced Vinyl Graphic/Sign Installer in Cincinnati, OH. You will install graphics and signs on various substrates, using a range of tools and equipment, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The role requires 2+ years installation experience, with bonus points for vehicle wrap or tint work. Expect a Monday–Friday day schedule with occasional after-hours work and a monthly production bonus after a 90-day training period.

Qualifications

• Two+ years installation experience.
• Vehicle wrap or tint installation experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate wide-format printers, router and/or laser is a bonus.
• Primary day shifts Monday – Friday 8:30 am -5 pm; occasional after-hours/weekends/out-of-town work.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Vinyl Graphic/Sign Installer. Are you a problem-solver who can think on your feet? Do you like working with your hands and making things? If so, then a career with FASTSIGNS may be for you.

As an Installer, you’ll play an important role in getting the finished graphic or sign in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to fabricate, assemble, erect, and hang items, both inside and out. In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting, and building for a wide variety of sign installations. You’ll be in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative and supportive team. Every day is challenging and different.

We are looking for a professional and reliable person who is interested in a career. Compensation includes an hourly wage and a monthly production bonus after 90 day training period.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a standard schedule with some flexibility. Primary day shifts Monday – Friday 8:30 am -5 pm, but we will very occasionally need to perform installations after hours and on weekends or occasional optional out-of-town work.
• Team approach with willingness to help with production and other tasks as needed.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols during installation and equipment operation.
• Proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on ladders, boom lifts, and scaffolding.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
