This position is responsible for the installation, transportation, and delivery of printed materials while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The primary focus of this role is to prepare, deliver, and install a wide variety of printed graphics and signage, working closely with the production team to ensure exceptional results for our clients.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Install graphics on a variety of surfaces, including walls, windows, and vehicles
- Perform site surveys and assist with measuring and evaluating installation locations
- Load, transport, and deliver signs, vinyl, and display materials to customer locations throughout Central Texas using company vehicle, and occasionally personal vehicle
- Ensure all materials are properly packaged, protected, and secured during transport
- Assist with finishing and production tasks as needed, including trimming, weeding, mounting, and packaging graphics
- Operate installation tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and installation equipment in clean, working condition
- Provide quality control on completed projects, ensuring graphics are installed accurately and professionally
- Communicate project status and installation requirements with internal team members and customers
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management as needed
- Support large-scale installations and events, including occasional weekends, early mornings, evenings, or overnight work when required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vinyl installation, sign installation, graphics production, or a related field preferred
- Experience installing wall murals, window graphics, dimensional signage, and vehicle graphics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to read measurements accurately and use basic math skills, including fractions and dimensions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Texas driver’s license with a good driving record required
