Job summary

Royston Group, a leading signage producer in California, is seeking a Decorator for first and second shifts. You will cut, prepare, position, and apply vinyl graphics and lettering to plastic sheets and substrates following work orders and quality standards.

You must measure precisely, prepare surfaces for adhesion, and inspect finished work for alignment and appearance. A detail-oriented mindset and safe tool handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately cut, position, and apply vinyl graphics while maintaining quality.
• Ability to safely handle cutting tools like X-Acto and utility knives.
• Ability to measure materials precisely with rulers, tape measures, calipers.
• Experience with vinyl graphics, sign manufacturing, or related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cut, prepare, position, and apply vinyl graphics to signage components.
• Review work orders and drawings to determine materials and cutting requirements.
• Measure and mark materials before cutting for proper alignment.
• Prepare surfaces for vinyl application and ensure proper adhesion.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and report defects.
