MGM Resorts International is seeking a Villa Operations Manager for the Skylofts at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The role leads daily villa operations, drives guest satisfaction, and manages a high-performing team within a luxury environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel setting and 3 years in guest services or hotel operations, plus a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience at a major hotel/resort.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest services, hotels operations and/or food and beverage.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Villa, Villa Prive, Baccarat, and in-villa Food & Beverage operations, including meal services and inventory control.
• Assist with planning and executing private functions in Villas and suites, including menu selection and staffing.
• Develop collaborative relationships with supporting departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Partner with Culinary team on offerings, menu presentations, and education for the Butler team.
• Work with Director to develop and measure strategic plans including revenue growth and cost containment.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and succession planning, supporting diversity initiatives.
