Securitas USA is hiring a Security Officer in Devils Lake, ND to help maintain a safe and secure environment at client sites. The role involves access control, patrols, and ensuring post orders are followed.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently while staying calm under pressure. Training is provided, with full-time hours and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
