Responsibilities

• Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
• Maintain professional image and greet customers, visitors and employees.
• Be proactive in updates to post orders and information from customer and AFS.
• Patrol property, report suspicious activity, investigate incidents.
• Monitor cameras and equipment as outlined in post orders.
• Know emergency policies and respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Complete daily reports and logs; document incidents.
• Suggest improvements to safety and loss prevention processes.
• Know life safety systems and ensure equipment operates safely.
• Ensure training and compliance guidelines are met.
• Communicate security issues daily with Security Supervisor.
