Lionbridge AI is seeking contributors for Vietnamese transcription and annotation projects. Tasks are performed on a secure online platform with detailed guidelines. Availability of a minimum of 4 hours per shifts and flexible scheduling helps fit diverse timetables.

This role emphasizes high accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to project instructions. Previous transcription experience is a plus, but not strictly required.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio files into clear, well-structured text
• Work with a variety of audio types, including:
• Single-speaker recordings
• Podcasts
• Multi-speaker conversations
• Identify speakers where applicable
• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow project-specific transcription and formatting guidelines

Task Types

1. Transcription Tasks

• Convert audio content into written text
• Maintain consistency in formatting and structure
• Ensure clarity and completeness of transcriptions

1. Annotation Tasks (Project-dependent)

• Label or tag segments of text or audio
• Categorize content based on provided guidelines
• Support data quality and training datasets

Requirements

• Very high proficiency in Vietnamese
• Good written English
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines
• Previous transcription or annotation experience is a plus, but not required

Availability

• Minimum 4 hours of availability required during scheduled transcription shifts
