Job summary

Language Services Associates (LSA) is seeking Vietnamese interpreters in the Neptune, NJ area. As an independently contracted interpreter, you will facilitate language communication for LEP communities across medical, legal, and customer service settings in New Jersey.

We welcome qualified interpreters for a wide range of assignments, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and high-quality client service. This role requires reliability and access to transport in the Neptune area.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in English and Vietnamese.
• Access to personal or public transport.
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including confidentiality.
• Follow policies and professional interpretation protocols.
• Complete trainings and participate in ongoing QA monitoring.
