Job summary

Language Services Associates, Inc. is seeking Vietnamese interpreters to serve the Kingwood, TX area as part of its network of Independently Contracted Interpreters.

You will facilitate communication for LEP clients across a variety of settings and assignments, maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct. We welcome qualified interpreters with full English-Vietnamese fluency and a track record of client service.

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
• Provide a high level of client service.
• 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry-specific certifications (CMI, CCHI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpreting services onsite for LEP individuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Code of Professional Conduct.
• Follow client policies and industry best practices.
• Meet clearance requirements as requested by clients.
• Report on site to accepted assignments promptly.
• Have access to personal or public transport.

Language Services Associates is looking for Vietnamese interpreters in the Kingwood, TX area. As a member of LSA’s network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings. LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of interpreting assignments!

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
• Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients
• Report on site to any accepted assignmentsin a timely manner
• Access to personal or public transport

Qualifications/Experience
