Responsibilities

• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Document the why, not just the what, behind every Emotional Intelligence decision
• Identify gaps in current procedures and recommend workable fixes
• Hold Hillsboro vendors to the standard we promised our users
