Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a talented video production assistant to support marketing and corporate creative needs in Alameda, California. You will help create, edit, and manage video content, collaborate with the Creative team, and contribute to a range of digital and event materials.

Qualifications

• Video production skills including videography, editing, and sound are preferred.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage video files for marketing and other corporate needs.
• Provide support to the Creative team through a variety of projects (digital, web, and others as assigned).
• Assist with the development and design of core marketing and corporate materials, collateral event materials, and other creative tasks as assigned.
• Organize and archive electronic files and assets.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions.
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Videography, directing, and video editing skills, photography, sound recording, and sound editing preferred but not required
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work well within a team, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving skills, the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment, and good follow‑throughs are essential.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools.
