Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. (ESS) in Springdale, AR is hiring a Videographer/Video Editor to drive video content from concept to delivery. You will shoot, edit, and produce video for diverse projects across our heavy civil operations.

This role requires collaboration with the marketing team and travel to job sites. You should have 3-5 years of videography experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and mastery of Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in videography or related field.
3-5 years of videography experience.
Current Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or eligibility.
Mastery level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite.
Online portfolio of dynamic, campaign-worthy work.
Experience with still photography and Lightroom for RAW edits.
Ability to collaborate with marketing teams and adapt to evolving creative briefs.

Responsibilities

Create video and digital media content for a variety of ESS projects.
Shoot video and still photography on-location and in studio.
Lead pre-production tasks including scheduling and permits.
Direct talent and record voice-over tracks.
Film on location, process footage, and edit final products.
Collaborate with marketing teams on style and storytelling.
Develop video assets for events, sites, social media, ads, and training materials.
