YZ Productions seeks a full-time head videographer to capture compelling stories behind the camera and manage lighting, batteries, and gear for YouTube and social media content.

You will shoot, review footage, and transfer clips to our remote editing team using Premiere; strong storytelling and timely delivery are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in social media video filming/editing with proven share-worthy results
• Ability to work independently and with a creative team
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of lighting and sound is a plus
• Strong storytelling abilities with run-and-gun, non-scripted footage
• Excellent communication skills and receptive to feedback
• Creative problem solver in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social media is a plus

Head videographer Position YZ Productions and surrounding YouTube channels. Your role is to capture creative moments behind the camera that tell a compelling story. In addition to shooting, you will be responsible for setting up lights, charging batteries, maintaining production gear, and transferring footage after the shoot via Premiere to our remote editing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media video filming and editing, with demonstrated results in creating widely shared videos on social and online platforms
• Ability to work independently and with our creative team
• Self-motivated and can stick to deadlines to deliver accurately and on time
• Strong knowledge of lighting and sound a plus
• Strong storytelling abilities with run and gun, non-scripted footage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to accept and give creative feedback
• Creative problem solver with a love of working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social media is a plus

We shoot on DSLR's, GoPros, and iPhones, all provided. We also have a variety of lights and gear for any shoot.
