Job summary

PMC - Polyurethane Machinery Corporation in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a hands-on Videographer to join our in-house marketing team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on turning complex industrial machinery into compelling video content, from concept to delivery.

You will shoot, direct, and edit using Adobe Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve a plus) and collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to showcase our capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, filmmaking, or commercial production.
• Portfolio of work required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Concept, storyboard, shoot, and edit professional video content for industrial machinery and manufacturing applications.
• Produce machine highlight videos, product demonstrations, training and instructional videos, and social content.
• Direct employees, engineers, operators, salespeople, customers, and other participants on set.
• Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro with color correction, audio mixing, and graphics; DaVinci Resolve a plus.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop video campaigns that support business objectives.
• Maintain an organized library of video assets.
• Travel occasionally for trade shows and events.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our in-house marketing team at an industrial machinery manufacturing company. This is an opportunity for a hands‑on visual storyteller who can take complex industrial products and turn them into compelling, professional video content.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind the camera, in the editing suite, and directing people on set. You will work closely with our marketing, engineering, sales, and technical teams to develop video content that showcases our machinery, demonstrates its capabilities, educates customers, and strengthens our brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, storyboard, shoot, and edit professional video content for industrial machinery and manufacturing applications.
• Produce a wide variety of content, including: Machine highlight and product videos, Product demonstrations, Training and instructional videos, Technical how-to videos, Short‑form videos and social media content, Customer and employee interviews/testimonials, Trade show and event coverage
• Direct employees, engineers, operators, salespeople, customers, and other participants to get natural and effective performances on camera.
• Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro, including cutting, pacing, color correction, audio mixing, graphics, transitions, and final delivery. DaVinci Resolve a plus.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and video campaigns that support business and marketing objectives.
• Maintain an organized library of video footage, project files, graphics, and other digital assets.
• Travel occasionally for trade shows, customer visits, demonstrations, and other company events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, filmmaking, commercial production, or a related field. A portfolio of work is required.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, in addition to experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Demonstrated experience with the complete video production process: pre-production, directing, shooting, lighting, audio, editing, and delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work around machinery, production environments, and industrial equipment while following all applicable safety requirements.
