Job summary

Synectics Inc is seeking dependable Surveillance Operators to join their on-site Operations Center in Las Vegas. The role involves observing live video feeds, identifying and responding to suspicious activity, and coordinating with law enforcement and property representatives as needed.

You will monitor multiple properties nationwide, generate detailed incident reports, issue live audio warnings when appropriate, and maintain vigilance across a multi-monitor setup in a climate-controlled office

Responsibilities

• Our client is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Surveillance Operators to join their Operations Center in Las Vegas.
• This is a fully onsite, desk-based monitoring role responsible for observing live video surveillance feeds, identifying suspicious or unsafe activity, and responding appropriately through audio intervention and incident escalation.
• Operators monitor multiple properties nationwide using proprietary surveillance technology and coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and property representatives as needed.
• Monitor multiple live video surveillance feeds simultaneously.
• Identify unauthorized, suspicious, or unsafe activity in real time.
• Issue live audio warnings when appropriate.
• Contact law enforcement, first responders, or property contacts for active incidents.
• Create accurate and detailed incident reports.
• Navigate multiple monitors, software applications, and browser tabs concurrently.
• Maintain vigilance and focus throughout the shift.
• Escalate technical concerns to IT support when necessary.
