Job summary

PragerU in Los Angeles seeks a Video Specialist to manage end-to-end content from production through post-production. You will juggle multiple projects, collaborate with editors, animators, and managers, and deliver high-quality videos on tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has strong skills in Premiere, After Effects, audio mixing, and lighting, with a passion for storytelling and kids content. Travel may be required; you’ll leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficient with video post-production and able to craft narrative episodes.
• Experience filming on location and in studio under tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of codecs, file structures, and post processes.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Sora).

Responsibilities

• 80% post-production and 20% production.
• Shoot on different camera types and record quality sound on location.
• Edit and color-correct footage and finalize for online distribution.
• Collaborate with multiple leads and manage editorial notes.
• Manage multiple videos across departments.
• Innovate and bring effective solutions to the team.
