Job summary

Trove Brands in Lehi, Utah is hiring a Video Production Specialist to lead end-to-end video content for our brands across digital, social, retail, and marketing channels. You'll manage projects from concept through final delivery while collaborating with producers, designers, marketers, and other creatives.

Ideal candidates have commercial shooting experience, strong pre-production skills, and proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and the Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Commercial shooting experience in advertising and product lifestyle work.
• Experience developing concepts, storyboards, and pitch decks.
• Strong organization managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Creative Cloud.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating product and lifestyle advertising.

• Plan, shoot, and occasionally edit video content from concept to final delivery.
• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Create content for advertising, social media, retail, eCommerce, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Direct talent and maintain a professional production environment.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Organize media, maintain project files, and uphold production standards.

The Video Production Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports Trove's family of brands across digital, social, retail, and commercial marketing channels. This role manages projects from concept through final delivery, including creative development, pre-production, production, and occasional post-production editing while collaborating with producers, designers, marketers, and other creative team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and pitch decks to communicate campaign ideas.
• Plan, shoot, and occasionally edit video content from concept to final delivery.
• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Create content for advertising, social media, retail, eCommerce, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Commercial shooting experience: Shooting commercial advertising, particularly product and/or lifestyle work.
• Pre-production capability: Experience developing concepts, storyboard, creating pitch decks, planning shoots, and presenting ideas to brand/marketing stakeholders.
• Organization: Experience managing budgets, production details, files, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong storytelling, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A link to a portfolio or reel demonstrating your work is required, ideally demonstrating real product and lifestyle advertising.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
