Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, or a closely related creative role.
• Experience contributing to planning, filming, editing, and delivery.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects.
• Experience producing content for multiple formats and digital platforms.
• On-site in West Bend, WI three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative leaders to develop video concepts and production approaches.
• Support projects from concept through final delivery, including pre-production planning and distribution preparation.
• Capture professional video content in studio, on-location, or events.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and stabilization equipment safely.
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for advertising, social media, training, and campaigns.
• Incorporate motion graphics, color correction, and audio finishing where needed.
• Prepare final files per technical specifications and accessibility standards.
• Apply AI-assisted editing and workflow automation to improve speed and creativity.
