Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in media, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create metrics and reports. This is a hybrid position with in-office presence in Chicago three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience.
• Understanding media data sources, metrics, and reporting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee buying & implementation of Video campaigns, coordinating internal resources and setting best practices.
• Promote maximization of Video investments and deliver client value.
• Establish timelines for Video executions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Create and articulate clear performance metrics and develop related reports.
• Analyze historical and current campaign results to optimize learning and drive improvement.
• Challenge the norm and push partners to innovate and deliver first-to-market experiences.
