Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in a professional editing suite (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Portfolio or reel of work you personally edited.
• Strong file organization and clear communication on shoots.

Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form video for social, web, and recruiting, with platform-specific specs.
• Support shoots end-to-end: shot planning, on-site camera/lighting/audio setup.
• Create platform-native vertical versions for X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Capture and organize B-roll; maintain footage libraries and backups.
• Take projects from concept to delivery, applying feedback and meeting deadlines.
