• Deep understanding of the creator landscape and talent management.
• Intimate knowledge of social media algorithms.
• Strong news sense and ability to uphold editorial standards.
• Fluency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills.
• Ability to transform business goals into tactical plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of specialists to foster high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end performance of video content across platforms.
• Lead strategy for Creator Program and negotiate partnerships.
