Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train personnel, maintain and operate sound, video, and control systems across our expansive corporate campus, including over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium. You will work with a team of AV experts to create optimal settings for live and virtual events and provide hands-on support for success.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in AV production or related experience, familiarity with DSP platforms, AoIP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related field.
  • Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination.

As an AV Engineer, you will design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large and complex corporate campus, including over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium. You’ll work with a team of AV experts to create an ideal setting for events large and small, live and virtual, and provide hands‑on support to ensure their success.
