Job summary

Keller Williams Realty, LLC is seeking a Video Editor / Videographer in Austin, TX to create and edit high-quality video for social media, marketing, and branding. You will shoot on location and in studio, then craft platform-optimized content from production to post-production.

You will manage multiple projects, apply modern editing techniques, and collaborate with Producers to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery for digital audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years education/experience substituted for degree
• Minimum of 3 years specialized experience in video editing and videography
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience operating professional camera systems in studio and on-location
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera movement, and audio capture
• Experience creating long-form and short-form video for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple editing and production projects with fast-turnaround requests
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Well-versed in industry developments, techniques, and trends

Responsibilities

• Edits compelling short-form video for social media campaigns, marketing initiatives, and brand storytelling while ensuring alignment with Keller Williams brand standards and creative direction.
• Implements social-first editing techniques—pacing, hooks, captions, and platform-specific formatting for today’s digital audiences.
• Performs color correction, audio cleanup, sound mixing, captioning, and basic motion graphics integration to deliver polished video.
• Repurposes long-form content into engaging short-form assets to maximize reach.
• Captures high-quality video in studio and on location for marketing and brand initiatives.
• Executes production plans, shot lists, and creative direction from Producers and Creative Leads.
• Applies modern production techniques for footage optimized for traditional and social-first post-production.
• Operates cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment to deliver high-quality visuals.
• Provides guidance on cross-functional projects needing subject matter expertise.
