  • Minimum three (3) years of professional editing experience creating commercial, branded, documentary, or digital content, including work across YouTube, social media, digital marketing, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud, with working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of pacing, rhythm, music selection, continuity, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Working knowledge of post-production workflows, including media organization, project management, version control, digital asset management, quality control, and digital delivery.
  • Familiarity with color correction, audio cleanup, graphics integration, export settings, and delivery specifications for digital and social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively with producers, cinematographers, creative directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Continuous learning mindset with an interest in emerging post-production technologies, motion graphics, and AI-assisted production workflows.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, work extended hours as needed, and perform light physical duties, including lifting or moving lightweight materials.
