David Yurman is seeking a Video Editor Intern for its New York City hybrid program. You will support daily footage ingestion, tagging, and asset organization while performing Assistant Editor tasks from rough cuts to light color correction. The role emphasizes product color accuracy and collaboration with senior editors.

The internship is 9 weeks, paid, and runs June 7 – August 6, 2027, offering mentorship, networking events, and exposure to luxury branding within a world-renowned jewelry house.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in Film & Video Production or related field (GPA 3.0 minimum).
• Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve; working knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects/Media Encoder; Flame/Nuke bonus.

Responsabilités

• Daily ingestion and tagging of footage.
• Asset management, project setup, organization, and archiving best practices.
• Assistant Editor level edits, assembly and stringouts, with light color work.
• Emphasis on product color and retouching; apply color best practices within our workflow.
