Job summary

The Cutting Room Floor is seeking a Video Editor, Creative to help define our visual identity across a growing slate of content. Reporting to the Managing Producer, you will shoot and edit both long- and short-form videos with a strong point of view and exceptional taste.

You’ll also guide our Assistant Video Editors to maintain a distinct and consistent creative standard across our productions.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor, Creative with a strong point of view, exceptional taste, and an instinct for visual storytelling to help define The Cutting Room Floor’s visual identity across our growing slate of content.

Reporting to the Managing Producer, you’ll shoot and edit long and short form video, bringing an editorial eye to how stories are shaped through pacing, image, sound, and context. You’ll also guide our Assistant Video Editors, helping maintain a distinct and consistent creative standard across everything we produce.
